011-IMG_1193-cropMary has over 20 years of experience in a vast array of environmental, natural resources, threatened and endangered species, and permitting consulting services. She is experienced in all aspects of Nationwide, Isolated, and Individual Section 401/404 permits for large and small projects; coordinating with federal and state agencies for Threatened and Endangered Species and Cultural Resources. Mary also completes stream and wetland mitigation design as part of Section 401/404 permitting and prepares Categorical Exclusion, Environmental Assessment, and Section 4(f) and 6(f) documents related to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation. She is familiar with all aspects of due diligence, including performing environmental site assessments (ESAs) and screenings, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) HTRW reports, Phase II ESAs, groundwater and soil sampling, asbestos surveys, and underground storage tank services. Her experience also includes preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention and Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans.
