Parks and recreational facilities are a key element of our urban environment for promoting public health, community engagement, and extending our green infrastructure.

For us, it is the balance between nature and development. At STONE, we serve parks and recreational services in enhancing services and addressing challenges through:

• Design of bike and pedestrian trails and bridges
• Evaluation of stream, wetland, and threatened and endangered species
• Evaluating property acquisition with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and providing property boundary surveys
• Evaluation of existing buildings with asbestos, lead-based paint, and hazardous materials assessments,
• Design and permitting of on-site wastewater treatment
• Water supply well evaluation and design
• Restoring lakes and streams
• Providing design services at recreational facilities for water, sanitary sewer, and storm water needs
