Comprehensive Environmental Compliance – Hebron, Ohio

State Industrial Products (SIP) – a chemical manufacturer specializing in packaging soap, cleaners, and antifreeze – relies on STONE for a full spectrum of environmental compliance management since opening their plant in 2009. STONE developed a comprehensive Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plan, Industrial Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), and Slug Discharge Prevention plan. Additionally STONE assisted SIP in filing their Toxic Release Inventory (TRI); Pesticide Reporting under Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA); and applicability determination for Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) under Toxic Chemicals Safety Act of 2010 (TCSA). STONE also completed and filed the Air Permit application for their mixing tanks and scrubber.

“Having worked with STONE on a couple of projects I can say that Mary Sharrett and her staff work diligently to complete projects on time and in a highly professional manner.  They are trusted by state and federal agencies and their experience with permits saves the client time. They are among the best and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
