DPS Regional Stormwater Basin – Columbus, Ohio

STONE completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Wetland Delineation for a 7.7-acre area proposed for the construction of stormwater infrastructure. The site was located in an old, industrial area of Columbus that experienced a long list of historical disturbances. This required a considerable researching of various sources of background information in order to complete the ESA. STONE’s flexibility and staff with diverse skillsets allowed the wetland delineation and ESA portions of the project to be completed in a timely, and efficient manner.
