Former Call Center Phase I ESA – Hilliard, Ohio

STONE performed a Phase I ESA for an approximate 6-acre former call center facility. Prior to being developed, the property had been vacant agricultural land until the early 1990s, when it was developed as a call center with the current building configuration.
