HAM-US22 Ecological/NEPA Services – ODOT – Silverton, Ohio

STONE completed all NEPA Categorical Exclusion (CE) documentation, including a 4(f) determination for the park, ecological survey, regulated materials review (RMR) Screening, cultural resources scoping form, and other CE mapping for this ODOT project. The project included repaving, traffic signal upgrades, and ADA improvements at several intersections. STONE made a “de minimis” determination for a park located with the construction limits, which was determined to be a 4(f) property. Completion of the 4(f) determination required extensive coordination with the park’s Official with Jurisdiction (OWJ).

“STONE Environmental was a pleasure to work with. From the planning process to our onsite visit. They knew exactly what we wanted and were able to deliver in a timely fashion.  The on-site field engineer was very resourceful and her attention to the small details was phenomenal. I will be sure to use STONE on all my future environmental surveying projects.”
