Hazardous Materials Quality Control Review – Demolition Project – Cleveland, Ohio

STONE performed final Independent Quality Check (IQC) reviews for structures at sites identified to be demolished for the expansion of an I-71/I-90 Innerbelt highway bridge. Prior to demolition each structure had to be fully abated of regulated materials and asbestos-containing materials (ACM). The project included review of all pertinent documents including: Regulated Materials and Asbestos Surveys, Contractor Work Plans, Emergency Response Procedures, Shipping Disposal Manifests, and worker Certifications, to insure that the proper steps were followed for abatement. Final letter reports with conclusions and recommendations were submitted to the client after each IQC review was completed.

V&S gives you and STONE a Job Well Done with regards to obtaining our NY Source Air Permit. Your timely responses and air flow modelling were invaluable. The regulator even commented to me that you were really good and he was impressed.
