Operations Testing – New Lexington, Ohio

For this Ohio manufacturer of brake tubing STONE personnel directed the testing of a catalytic oxidizer. The testing was performed over a three day period when the facility was in full production. STONE prepared a bid package and evaluated proposals from three stack testing firms. After selection of the contractor, STONE coordinated efforts between the company and the stack testing firm so that the production lines were in full operation, records were kept of paint and thinner usage during the testing protocol, and that all air measurements were made by the testing firm. STONE reviewed the results of the testing and prepared a report which was submitted to Ohio EPA to confirm that the catalytic oxidizer was operating as designed and permitted.

I just wanted to reach out to both of you & all of Stone for your outstanding effort, due diligence & professionalism on this project.

I’m certainly no ESA expert, but I was blown away by the detail contained in your report, especially given the tight timeframe that was required for delivery.

Please know that your work at Walnut Grove is very much appreciated by everyone here at POAH.

For the record, I am now a huge fan of Stone Environmental, and I hope we will continue our working relationship well into the future.
