ODNR Statewide Campground Improvements – Criteria Document Services – Various, Ohio

ODNR requested Program of Requirements (POR), criteria documents, and construction administration for statewide campground improvements at the following ODNR facilities:

• Barkcamp State Park
• Cowan Lake State Park
• Deer Creek State Park
• Delaware State Park
• Geneva State Park
• Harrison State Park
• Kiser Lake State Park
• Van Buren State Park

STONE assisted with development of civil environmental, and survey aspects of the project.

The ODNR campground sites were reviewed for existing conditions, including utility infrastructure capabilities, and existing service connection capabilities. This assessment was then used to develop criteria documents for the construction needs at each site, contemplating phased construction in occupied campgrounds. STONE addressed the following items within the architect’s criteria document:

• Site Civil (road, drainage, utilities)
• On-site Water and Wastewater Treatment (excluding MEP, buildings)
