STONE recently had the opportunity to use state-of-the-art groundwater sampling equipment while assisting Terracon with a blighted project site in Dayton, Ohio. STONE sampled monitoring wells using a ¾” bladder pump for low flow sampling and a water quality meter with bluetooth capabilities to wirelessly record water quality parameters while purging to stability prior to sample collection. We thoroughly appreciated both the advancement of this technology and the strides being made to reclaim brownfield sites.
