Wetland Delineation for Residential Development – Pataskala, Ohio

STONE completed a Preliminary Jurisdictional Waters Delineation (PJWD) for an approximately 24-acre site proposed for development. The area vicinity had been previously developed with residential housing and the site then sat vacant for years. This created challenges for the ecologist in the field in determining wetland boundaries with the site having roughly-graded topography and changes in drainage.
