RMR Prequalification
We are pleased to announce that STONE Project Geologist Heather Stoller has been prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for Regulated Materials Reviews (RMR), which is ODOT’s terminology for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Her past experience includes completing Phase I ESAs at Vandenburg Air Force Base for the U.S. Air Force (USAF); successfully closing 29 former UST sites; and coordinating the installation of extraction groundwater wells, with the use of horizontal drilling techniques to connect active well network to a future in-situ bioremediation system. As a licensed Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist (AHES) she has conducted asbestos surveys for several ODOT bridge projects, as well as surveys at The Ohio State University.
